Order Processing and Shipping Information

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends). Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time will often be fulfilled on the same day. Please note that these processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday excluded.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Customers can qualify for Free Shipping on orders totaling $75 or more (excluding taxes and shipping fees). To qualify, please ensure:

  1. The order total exceeds $75.
  2. All items in your order are eligible for free shipping—look for the "Free Shipping" label on the product page.
  3. The order is being shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.

Important: Free shipping is applicable only to ground shipping methods. Upgraded shipping options, such as expedited shipping, will incur additional charges.

Exclusions for Free Shipping

Please note that some products may not be eligible for free shipping. These exclusions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Paintballs and similar items subject to specific shipping restrictions
  • Bulk or special order products
  • Items labeled specifically as non-returnable or limited edition

For orders that qualify for free shipping, the choice of shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) will be at our discretion.

Shipping Exclusions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (FPO & APO). Additionally, all orders exceeding $1,000 will require insurance and an adult signature upon delivery. The billing address must match the credit card used for the purchase to ensure security.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing for all orders typically takes between 24 to 48 hours from the time they are placed. This timeframe does not include weekends. Our primary shipping carriers are USPS and UPS. For delivery timelines, please refer to our shipping charts and maps. Keep in mind that the day your package is picked up is not included in the estimated shipping time. To guarantee same-day shipping for expedited orders, please place your order before 2 PM Central Time.

Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance for all orders, regardless of the shipping method selected (Free Shipping, USPS, or UPS). If shipping insurance is not purchased during checkout, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers are encouraged to consider adding shipping insurance for additional peace of mind.
