Exchange and Warranty Policy for Paintball Store, Inc.

At Paintball Store, Inc., we are dedicated to providing you with outstanding products and customer service. While all sales are final, we recognize that there may be occasions when you prefer a different item. We are here to help with exchanges for unused and factory-sealed products under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Returned items must be brand new, factory-sealed, and unused.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on Paintballs or Special Order Items.

If you would like to initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at Paintball Store, Inc. by calling (281) 469-9777 (Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5 PM CST) or emailing us at [email protected]. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges, especially in instances where the original order received free shipping.

We are also proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all paintball markers purchased in-store. Please note that this warranty excludes parts. This warranty ensures that you can enjoy your equipment with peace of mind. For any issues covered under the lifetime warranty, please contact us for assistance and guidance through the process.

In the event of a manufacturer defect, customers must adhere to the manufacturer's warranty policy. We are here to assist you with any warranty claims and to ensure you have the support you need.

To facilitate an exchange or warranty claim, please ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package and send it to:

Exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt.
